Gashed Neck Humanoid

I've never done eye makeup like this before and i really like it. the gashed neck is something I liked to do. I wore this neck prosthetic to a bloody valentines party. It got good reviews :)

Product list
1 ply tissue paper
liquid latex
skin wax
liquid foundation
eye primer
silver glitter
orange eyeshadow
pink eyeshadow
liquid eyeliner
white eyeshadow
pink blush
concealer
pinkish-purple lipstick
black eyeliner (stick)
clear lipgloss


Procedure:
1. Use gluestick, concealer and liquid foundation to hide eyebrow
2.  eyelid to browbone
3. apply an orange eyeshadow into the corner of your eye and onto the bridge of your nose slightly.
4. cut your crease with a pink eyeshadow, blend out and up into desired shape
5. draw on new eyebrow
6. highlight with white eyeshadow
7. create a wing with liquid eyeliner, and line the crease of your eye as well. (keep your eye closed until the liquid is completely dry!)
8. prime face, apply concealer, liquid foundation and face powder
9. use a purple blush to contour your cheeks
10. moisturize neck/chest
11. apply 3 or four layers of liquid latex on the neck and chest
12. allow it to dry
13. use liquid foundation to paint the latex and match your skin tone
14. begin to rip latex in desired shape.
15. paint ripped section red
16. use dark red and black to give more depth
17. apply fake blood
18. use light purple lip liner
19. apply pink lipstick
20. apply gloss

Radio Active Reptile

This was my first time using gelatin. What i was going for was someone who got bit by a some sort of bug or reptile and they're starting to turn into that creature but they're still transforming.

Product List
Skin Primer
Unflavored Gelatin
Liquid Latex
Yellow Cream Paint
Green Cream Paint
Green Eyeshadow
Black Eyeshadow
Fishnets
Mixing Medium
Yellow Pigment
Liquid Eyeliner
Mascara
Red Cream Paint
Black Cream Paint
Stage Blood
Skin Wax
Waterproof Eyeliner

Procedure
1. Prime face, neck and chest
2. apply a layer of liquid latex to skin where gelatin will be
3. mix gelatin to desired consistency
4. apply gelatin in concentrated amounts to give a bubbly effect
5. allow gelatin to dry a little (a hair dryer speeds up this step)
6. coat ALL gelatin in a layer of latex. (If ALL of the gelatin isnt coated well, the gelatin will melt)
7. allow gelatin and latex to dry (Hair dryer)
8. once latex is mostly dry, begin painting the other side of your face with yellow
9. allow yellow to dry
10. use green eyeshadow to set the yellow paint.
11. use green cream paint as a contour, blend and set with green eyeshadow
12. once the green and yellow is dry, stretch fishnets over face, use a face brush and green eyeshadow and go over fishnets. it may take a few minutes, take your time.
13. once youre satisfied with the amount of green, use a little bit of black in areas you wish to contour
14. prime eyelid
15. use mixing medium with yellow pigment
16. paint eyelid and into the crease
17. set with dry yellow pigment
18. use green eyeshadow on the edge of the yellow for a cut crease effect, blend into browbone and out.
19. highlight under the eyebrow with white
20. apply liquid eyeliner on the top eyelid
21. if latex and gelatine are COMPLETELY dry, coat in red paint. concentrate more read on the bumps.
22. allow time to dry, do two or three coats if needed.
23. use black paint in hollowed out areas in the latex and around bumps to give depth.
24. blend everything
25. if using gel or very thick blood, dilute with a little water so it is more of a liquid.
26. apply fake blood all over the bubbles with a brush, use stippling sponge to even out.
27. apply waterproof eyeliner to yellow and green waterline
28. darken red eye with eyeliner

My Bloody Valentine 2012 Edition

My favorite kind of makeup is really pretty makeup with some aspect of gore added to it. its like the best of both worlds.

Product List
Gluestick
Eye Primer
Red Eyeshadow
Black eyeshadow
white eyeshadow
white eyeshadow base
pink eyeshadow base
liquid eyeliner
mascara
bronzer
pink blush concealer
face powder
fake blood
red lip liner
red lipstain

Procedure
1. cover eyebrows with gluestick
2. when glue is dry, cover in concealers
3. while drying, contour cheek bones, temple and forhead using bronzer, pink blush and a hint of red eyeshadow, make it darker closer to the hairline
4.draw on new eyebrow
5. use eyeprimer on the new eye area
6. apply white eyeshadow base in the corner on the eyes, blend out with shadow
7. apply pink eyeshadow base next to white and up into the new crease area
8. blend red eyeshadow over the pink base
9. add black to give depth
10. wing eyeliner
11. highlight shadow
12. apply red lip liner
13. use red lipstain
14. cover the non contoured skin with concealer
15. set with face power
16. use fake blood on the neck
17. apply mascara

Two Faced Demon

The thing i like most about doing a half and half look is the idea of creating two characters at once and having the two personalities boil into one.
This one is something i've been wanting to do for a while

Product List:
Red Cream Paint
Black Cream Paint
Mehron Liquid Latex
Black Eyeliner
White Eyeshadow
Copper or Redtone Pigment
Gel Blood
Black Zombie Blood

Procedure:
1. paint around your eye with latex
2. attach prostetic, eyepatch etc.
3. hold prosthetic against skin for 3-5 mintues, seal the edges with latex
4. coat 1/2 of your face and chest in latex
5. use crumpled tissue paper on latex
6. coat tissue paper in latex
7. do two to three layers of tissue paper and latex
8. cover eyebrow on the other side with gluestick
9. while latex is drying, paint other half of face with red cream paint
10. after two or three coats of red paint, set with a copper/redtone pigment
11. if the latex is dry now, paint with red paint, allow time to dry
12. rip holes in latex on chest, paint as well
13. draw on eyebrow and eye makeup
14. if the latex side is dry, blend black paint into red paint with a stippling sponge
15. apply fake blood, red and/or black
16. use black eyeliner on lips

Fire DRAGon

This color combonation is BRILLIANT. I think it looks really good with my eye color. This is one of the easiest looks I've ever done.

Product list:
Eye primer
Makeup mixing medium
Yellow-Green pigment
Copper pigment
Yellow eyeshadow
Black eyeshadow
White eyeshadow
Brown eyebrow pencil

Procedure:
1. Prime eyelid
2. mix golden green pigment with mixing medium to create a paint
3. apply mixture to inner corner and one third of eye lid
4. mix copper pigment and mixing medium just like in step 2
5. apply copper mixture on the rest of the eyelid and to draw out wing shape and slightly above crease
6. use a blending brush and dry copper pigment to set the wet copper and blend out shape into the crease
7. set golden green pigment with yellow eyeshadow
8. apply an extremely small amout of golden green paint again
9. use a small brush to add black to outer lid and into crease, blend into copper to create a smokey effect
10. fill in eyebrows
11. highlight bowbone
12. apply mascara

Autumn Couture

I thought this color scheme was a bit iffy at first but this turned out to be one of my favorite looks I've ever done. Its really simple but at the same time its very sultry and warm.

Product list
Eye primer
Makeup mixing medium
Golden-Green pigment
Coral eye shadow
Dark blue eyeshadow
black eyeshadow
black waterproof eyeliner
False lashes

Procedure:
1. Prime eyelid
2. Mix Golden-Green pigment with mixing medium to form a sort of paint
3. Apply mixture from inner corner  to half of the lid
4. use a dry blending brush with the same pigment (not the paint mixture) and put over the wet pigment
5. blend pigment slightly into crease
6. use coral eyeshadow on other half of eye and into the crease
7. use dark blue eyeshadow on the same half of the eye lid as the coral. blend slightly into the crease
8. use black eyeshadow on eye lid and only a little but into the crease
9. apply mascara
10. apply false eyelashes
11. hightlight brow with white eyeshadow
12. fill in eyebrows
13. use waterproof eyeliner on lover waterline



Mermaid Blues

I really wanted to do a pretty, sparkly but not too flashy blue look. Blue is one of the most difficult colors to work with so this look was a challenge.

Procedure:
1. Prime eyelid
2. Use white eyeshadow base on lid and blue in crease
3. Blend eyeshadow bases together
4. use small amount of moisturizer on lid
5. use glitter
6. user blue and black eyehadow in crease
7. apply mascara

Bubblegum Pin-Up

I really wanted to use my new glitter and i really like these colors together. It was like Rosie the Riveter meets Jeffree Star with my own little flair.

Eye primer
White eyeshadow base

Glitter adhesive (moisturizer works well as a substitute)

Procedure:
1. Prime eyelid
2. use white eyeshadow base on lid
3. use pink eyeshadow base in crease
4. blend bases together
5. use small amount of moisturizer on lid and crease
6. apply silver glitter on lid
7. apply pink glitter to crease
8. use black eyeshadow in crease
9. dip brush in mixing medium, swirl in blue eyeshadow. create winged liner
10. apply eyeliner on the bottom
11. apply mascara

Rainbow Eyeliner

I saw something similar to this and put my own spin on it. I was surprised at how simple this is. It's something anyone could do and get alot of comments on.

1. Use eyelid primer
2. Use white eyeshadow on lid
3. cut out crease in brown eyeshadow
4. define crease with black eye shadow (just a little bit)
5. using a small eyeliner brush and a small amount of mixing medium, dip brush in medium and swirl in red eyeshadow
6. apply to inner corner
7. repeat step 5 with orange
8. blend into red and repeat with other colors
9. use blue to create wing
10. use purple eyeliner ans shadow on lower lashline
11. highlight with white eyeshadow
12. apply mascara

Rosie the Riveter From Hell

I sat down at my makeup desk not quite sure what i wanted to do. i decided on a pretty gore look. this is probably my favorite look ever.

Product List:
Glue stick
Concealer
Liquid Foundation
Face powder
Brown Eyeshadow
Black Eyeshadow
Silver eyeshadow
White cream shadow base
White eyeshadow
Cream eyeliner
1 ply tissue paper
mehron liquid latex
red cream paint
red lipstain
mehron coagulated blood gel
black zombie blood

Procedure:
1. Cover eyebrows with gluestick
2. Use eyebrow stencil to draw on eyebrow
3. White eyeshadow base, silver eyeshadow, black eyeshadow and cream eyeliner for eye makeup
4. Use latex and tissue paper around mouth
5. Allow latex to dry
6. Paint latex with red
7. Use blood gel and brush on latex
8. use red cream paint to create slit on neck
9. cover in blood gel and a little bit of black zombie blood for effect

Two Faced (Aka TOOFACED)

This is one of my favorite looks ive done yet. this was the first time that i had ever done that much gore on myself and it was the first time i had ever covered my real eyebrow and drawn on a false one. i was very happy with this look and im sure improvements on this are coming soon :)

Product list
1 ply tissue paper
mehron liquid latex
red cream paint
black cream paint
black mesh eyepatch
black eye shadow
red eyeshadow
red glitter
orange contour
brown contour
mehron coagulated blood gel
black zombie blood

Procedure:
1. coat area in latex
2. place tissue paper over latex.
3. second and third layer of tissue paper use crumpled paper for texture
4. allow latex to dry
5. use gluestick and coat eyebrow on non latex side for a smooth surface
6. allow glue stick to dry
7. paint latex red
8. use black to add burn
9. blend onto non latex side
10. use brown around the edges
11. let paint dry
12. use eyebrow stencil to draw on eyebrow
13. use red glitter, black eyeshadow and white eyeshadow to create the eye makeup
14. line lips in black
15. fill in lips with red
16. blend edges
17. rip holes in the latex
18. paint holes in latex
19. use a stippling sponge to apply blood
20. contour non latex side



Peeling Face

This look was accomplished WITH skin wax. i was really impressed with how well this turned out. i wasnt expecting it to look this great :)

1 ply tissue paper
Mehron liquid latex
red cream paint
black cream paint
skin wax
liquid foundation
mehron coagulated blood gel
black zombie blood

Procedure:
1. Use latex and tissure paper to form eye and mouth shape
2. cover latex lines in skin wax
3. fill in eye shape with red and black, blend to burgundy
4. use liquid foundation on skin wax lines
5. coat wax in latex
6. paint over mouth shape
7. use stippling sponge and blood gel to create muscle texture
8. use black blood with stippling sponge
9. use red and black blood and drag down for effect


Peeling Eyes Joker

This makeup was inspired by something I saw on another blog. it didnt turn out how i wanted it but i didnt have the skin wax i needed to really give it that realistic effect. but here it is, skin wax or not. haha

Procedure:
1. use concealer and liquid foundation to cover skin flaws
2. use latex and tissue paper to create shape around eyes and to extend mouth shape.
3. fill in eye shapes with red and black blend to burgundy
4. use liquid foundation and around eyes to blend into skin
5. use brown eyeshadows to create shadow
6. paint mouth line red
7. use blood gel and stippling sponge on eyes
8. use black blood for texture
9. used blood gel and black blood on mouth and drag down for effect

Raja The Twisted Clown

I've never really done alot of 100% all paint work. i've always done a some sort of bloody wound in my makuep. This look was something i just sat down and did. The first picture is when i thought i was finished and the second picture is when i sat down and decided to contour a little more.

product list:
White cream paint
Black Cream paint
red cream paint

red eye shadow
smoke gray eye shadow
translucent face powder

Procedure:
1. use white paint to create a white base
2. use black paint around eyes, nose and to draw out mouth shape
3. set eyes, nose and mouth with powder, blend into white to give a shadow
4. use red to draw tooth shape, fill in with red
5. filil in empty places in mouth with black
6. Draw on veins.

To achieve the second picture here are the additional steps:
7. contour forehead
8. contour cheeks
9. contour jaws
10. set with powder and create shadow



Karen's Arm Burn

Karen and I were bored, i say hey, "Let me see your arm" i did this gross burn and freaked everybody out. i had fun :)

Product List
1 ply tissue paper (3 layers)
Mehron Liquid Latex(4 layers)
Brown cream paint
yellow cream paint
red cream paint
black cream paint
mehron coagulated blood gel
black zombie blood

Procedure:
1. Coat area in liquid latex
2. Place tissue paper over latex
3. do three of four layer of tissue paper, make sure you seal everything with latex.
4. allow latex to draw
5. paint over dry latex with brown paint, blend out into skin
6. use a little bit of yellow around the edges to create bruise effect
7. rip the tissue paper and latex into desired shape
8. paint the torn section red
9. use black to create a dark red/burgundy color
10. use black around edges to create a torn effect
11. use a stippling sponge with blood gel
12. add a hint of black blood for effect, (use with stippling sponge)



Lizard Makeup

Here is my Lizard makeup. When i was working at Land of Illusion, one of the scenes was a reptile room, I never did this makeup because i was convinced i couldn't. look at me now haha.

Silver Cream Paint
Gold Cream Paint

Procedure:
1. Start with a silver and gold base. My silver was concentrated on my forehead and onto the bridge of my nose. The gold was the lower part of my face.
2. Use bright and kelly green eyeshadow to create a winged reptile-like eye shadow shape. use black and green eyeliner under the eye, then power to give a fuller smokey effect.
3. fill in brows, use white eyeshadow under the brow for a highlight
4. bring brow line onto the sides of the nose
5. use cream eyeliner to texture bridge of nose.
6. use fish net stockings and green eyeshadow to create scale effect.
7. clean green eyeliner and fill in lips, line in black, draw shape and blend into green


I used a section of fishnet stockings and eyeshadow to get the scale effect :) nice little trick, huh?
